Tests made on wire ropes
- METROCOM machine of capacity 3000 daN is used for testing in vertical line the tensile strength of single wires or micro-cables, it is used for testing tensile strength per mm2.
- KELLER BOHACEK machine for testing the grade of zinc on wire ropes. For making this test the wire rope sample is dipped into hydrochloric acid. The acid level decreases in a proportional way based on the quantity of zinc on the rope. The result of the tests are read according to some specific technical data (technical tables).
- Tensioning machine for testing elementary wires. 1500 kN-capacity test bench 10 mtrs long approved by the main National and International Registers, our test bench allows us to make destructive tests on ropes up to diam. 44 mm, non-destructive tests on terminations of any kind , pre-tensioning tests up to 1500 kN of capacity and 80 mtrs of length.

Tests on wire rope terminations and accessories
- YOKE machine for magnaflux testing on accessories
- EQUOTIP machine for measuring hardness of steel products
- Penetrants
- Tests can be made for internal use and convenience as a double check on the products made or even with a Register Surveyor witnessing our testing and then issuing a testing certificate report
- Some tests are also made on request of third parties
- All technical instruments of our LAB are cyclically tested and controlled by experienced and qualified people (2^ level PND)
